I had a fantastic experience with this group. Firstly, they were very, very thorough when they came over to take a look at my furnace to setup my heat pump and AC. They went through every single vent in the house, inspected every single nook and cranny to determine what would be needed, including the furnace itself. Secondly, they were very patient in revising their estimates several times after every unnecessary question that I asked them with requests for revisions. Thirdly, they came over exactly at the time specified, got to work right away, were very friendly, and didn't ask for anything. They spent a full day, working tirelessly, got the job done, tested it thoroughly, and left only after completing all checks. Their price was very competitive too. All in all a fantastic experience. I would higly recommand Fuse Service! I have them replace and install heat pump, furnace, and water heater for my home. Their price is very good compared with other service provider. And the work quality is great! Alex came and installed all parts for me in two days. And he helped setup all stuff and answered my so many questions. I had an issue with the hvac unit in my apartment (no hot/cold air). They were very timely in getting the diagnostic scheduled and the person who performed the diagnostic was friendly, professional, and found the issue. He said the office would be able to give me quotes for the two options of repairing the unit or replacing it, and that if I proceeded with either option the cost would be discounted by the amount I paid for the diagnostic, which sounded great. This was 2 weeks ago. I have asked for updates a couple of times and they have been very unresponsive. Still no quotes. Update: I received the quote. I used this company a few months back and finally found the Yelp page to Review. GREAT COMPANY!!! After a bad experience with another company called "Appliance Mechanics" that came up from my basement carrying a CODE READER to tell me I needed a new drain pump on a 3 year old Maytag washer, I had FUSE SERVICE come out to actually use TOOLS to determine the problem. Alex came out to see if our cooktop could be repaired. It could but as he pointed out, repair would cost 3 times the cost of replacement since it was an antique. He gave us some good advice and was helpful and professional. Definitely recommend Fuse Services.

Our furnace was squealing like it was losing a bearing. Fuse was able to come out the same day and take a look. The technician identified a failing draft inducer assembly and within a minute I had a digital quote sent to me with a breakdown of the fix cost. I electronically approved the work and the tech was able to verify they had the part in their warehouse and he could come back with it and install it later the same day.
